I Am. Medicine. Intensive

This is our 3rd event of this type. We've received glowing reviews thus far and have decided to make it a recurring offering. 

Each intensive we learn something new and refine what we do. The fundamentals of the workshop, however, will remain the same. 

We will begin our journey at Dodge park where we will get up close and personal with the powerful medicine of cold water. 

You will learn the fundamental principles and practices of the traditional chinese art of life-energy cultivation, qi gong. Both health and fighting qi gong will be integrated throughout the intensive. 

Around the halfway point those who are receiving kambo will receive their medicine and those who have opted out will be given time to journal and eat.

We will work with a fusion of holotropic breathwork, wim hof, bioenergetics and shamanic extraction. Here we will explore the link between the body and mind utilizing breath and touch to bring that which is hidden to the surface to be released. This can be a transformative experience.

We will have an invigorating and trance inducing experience with a modality known as 5 Rhythms. 

Briell will lead us through a long and restorative yoga set toward the end of the intensive. 

And after a long day of Work.......we shall feast.

Come on an empty stomach. All food and medicine will be supplied. 

Bring a towel, a change of clothes, water and a journal.
